At BRMA, we take a modern, integrated approach to training. While honoring traditional martial arts, our program uniquely blends cross-cultural influences from Traditional Japanese (Jujitsu) and Chinese martial arts (Kung Fu), creating a truly American training approach.
We focus on three core areas:

Standing Grappling: Our no-gi, standing grappling curriculum draws from the most effective techniques of Jujitsu, Judo, Shuaijiao, and Wrestling, preparing you for real-world scenarios.

Sanda Kickboxing: Learn powerful striking combined with practical wrestling throws, sweeps, and takedowns, giving you a comprehensive stand-up game.

Historical Weapon Combat & Self-Defense: Rooted in Traditional Kung Fu, this training provides invaluable self-defense skills and a deep understanding of weapon dynamics. Learn the use of traditional weapons (Jian (straight sword), Dao (single edged saber), Qiang (Spear), Gùn (Staff) and short stick) as instruments of modern self-defense and sport fencing.
